Billy Keohavong, also known as Father Calisto IMAN, originally hails from the Australian ballroom scene. He was birthed by the Oceania Legendary Jaycee IMAN who is the founding Mother of the Kiki house of IMAN (NZ). Billy is the current Father of the Singapore chapter. He is a specialist in soft and cunt, and is notorious for his liquid gold ooze.
